Texas We ♥ You

The feedback on our latest MarieTV episode with Brené Brown has been spectacular! If you haven’t had a chance to watch it (or share it) yet — please do. It’s soooo damn good.

Once Brené and I got our schedules locked, I figured I’d see if I could interview even more people in the great state of Texas. We took our show on the road!

As you’ll see, we had the honor of visiting prior to Harvey. The strong people of Texas still need our support. If you’d like to help those affected by Harvey, here are two resources to consider: one from NPR and one from the NYTimes.

In this episode of Unplugged, I’m taking you behind the scenes to see how our show comes to life. You’ll also meet a herd of goats, a fallen digital comrade (rest in peace) and 4 very special guests.

(To be ULTRA clear, everything I shoot in my vlog is organic. I don’t stage experiences or decide to do or say things just to have something to vlog about.)

It’s hard to express just how energizing this trip to Texas was. I learned valuable lessons — about tacos, Buc-ee’s, bat poo *AND* about the undeniable power of trusting that still, small voice inside.
