The Birthday Tradition You Should Start Immediately

We're so excited. So the crew's here, gosh, it feels so good. We have a new studio, which you'll see more of over time, but for today, we're actually celebrating a little bit, because guess what day it is? It's practically the most important day of the year in my world. It's my birthday. (Crew sings “Happy Birthday”)

So I celebrate my birthday big every year, and I keep getting bigger and bigger in terms of the celebration. And for this birthday, I actually want to give a little gift to you. 

So here's how this You&A Tuesday is going to go. Around this time of year is my favorite time of year to take stock of what the year has been like and to really start making plans for what's coming up. So what's coming up is 2023 and you know my life motto, right? Everything is figureoutable. So if you don't know now, I wrote a whole book about this fantastic idea. That's me looking fine on the cover. And what I love about this notion of everything is figureoutable, is that when you're thinking about what you want to accomplish in the year ahead, you can figure it out no matter what it is. So here is the You&A Tuesday. Here's the question I'm going to ask you.

What is the number one thing that you want to figure out so bad in 2023? Is it something about your health? Is it something about your relationship? Is it something about your career or your business? What's that thing in your heart that if you could figure it out, it would mean so much, like so much to you in some kind of way? I want to know what your answer is to that question. And then guess what we're going to do? Guess what we're going to do, guys? 

We're going to pick three people, and y'all are going to get, three, you're going to get a signed copy of Everything is Figureoutable. And if you already have it now you're going to have another copy so you can give it to a friend. But I want to hear from you, what is that thing? 

And the reason I want to know is frankly, this, I've devoted my entire professional life to helping people bring their dreams to life. And I want to help you do that this upcoming year.
