The Mid-Year Reset Terms & Conditions of Purchase

You are purchasing access for one (1) person to The Mid-Year Reset (the “Workshop”). By purchasing access to the Workshop, you hereby agree to these Mid-Year Reset Workshop Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the Terms, and the Company’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (collectively, this “Agreement”), which govern your use of the Workshop and forms a legal agreement between you and the Company. In the event of any conflict between these Mid-Year Reset Workshop Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the Terms, the Terms of Use, or the Privacy Policy, these Mid-Year Reset Workshop Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall control.

Payment Policy

Notwithstanding anything in the Terms to the contrary, you are responsible to pay for the Workshop in full (including all applicable sales and other taxes or fees) and for providing us with a valid credit card or other payment method.

Refund Policy

Notwithstanding anything in the Terms to the contrary, there are no refunds for the Mid-Year Reset Workshop, without exception. The optional program add-ons of the Personal Goals Coach for $37, and the Strategic Planning Workshop for $57 are digital downloads and therefore are not eligible for a refund.

Access

Upon completing your pay-in-full purchase, in addition to any Content to which you have access pursuant to the Terms, you will have access to the Mid-Year Reset Workshop and the optional add-ons until December 1, 2026. In future enrollment periods, you may be given the opportunity to purchase the Workshop again for an additional fee.

Upon completing your pay-in-full purchase, in addition to any Content to which you have access pursuant to the Terms, you will have access to the Mid-Year Reset Workshop.

There is no Lifetime Access (as defined in the Terms) to the Mid-Year Reset Workshop.

All other terms and conditions set forth in the Terms remain in full force and effect.
