Hiring System Terms & Conditions of Purchase

You are purchasing access for one (1) person to use the Hiring Workshop (the “Workshop”). By purchasing access to the Workshop, you hereby agree to these Hiring Workshop Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the Terms, and the Company’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (collectively, this “Agreement”), which govern your use of the Workshop and forms a legal agreement between you and the Company. In the event of any conflict between these Hiring Workshop Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the Terms, the Terms of Use, or the Privacy Policy, these Hiring Workshop Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall control.

By purchasing access to the additional add-ons the Simplify to Amplify Audit AI Tool and/or Revenue on Repeat, you hereby agree to these Hiring Workshop Terms, the Supplemental AI Terms (https://www.marieforleo.com/ai-terms), and the Company’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (collectively, this “Agreement”), which govern your use of the AI Tools and forms a legal agreement between you and the Company. In the event of any conflict between these Hiring Workshop Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the Terms, the Terms of Use, or the Privacy Policy, these Hiring Workshop Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall control.

Payment Policy

Notwithstanding anything in the Terms to the contrary, you are responsible to pay for the Workshop in full, a total of $197, (including all applicable sales and other taxes or fees as well as discounts) and for providing us with a valid credit card or other payment method.

Refund Policy

Notwithstanding anything in the Terms to the contrary, there are no refunds for the Hiring Workshop, without exception.

The optional program add-on of the “Revenue on Repeat” AI Tools for $197 is an instant access product and therefore is not eligible for a refund.

The optional program add-ons of the “Simplify to Amplify Audit” AI Tool for $27 and the “Strategic Planning Workshop” for $57 are digital access products and therefore not eligible for refunds.

Access

Upon completing your pay-in-full purchase, in addition to any Content to which you have access

pursuant to the Terms, you will have access to the Hiring Workshop for 6 months from your purchase date. After 6 months, we reserve the right to charge a nominal maintenance fee in order for you to retain access to the content. If we take advantage of that right, we will reach out via email to ensure you’re aware.

There is no Lifetime Access (as defined in the Terms) to the Hiring Workshop.

Upon completing your purchase for the optional add-ons of “Revenue on Repeat” and/or the “Simplify to Amplify Audit” AI Tools, you will have access to any and all content for 6 months from your purchase date. After 6 months, we reserve the right to charge a nominal maintenance fee in order for you to retain access to the content. If we take advantage of that right, we will reach out via email to ensure you’re aware.

Upon completing your purchase of the “Strategic Planning Workshop”, you will have “Lifetime Access” to the “Strategic Planning Workshop”. “Lifetime Access” means that you will have access to the product you purchased for as long as the product exists.

All other terms and conditions set forth in the Terms remain in full force and effect.
