You have gifts to share with the world and my job is to help you get them out there.read more
If you write, make or create anything in this world, I’ll bet you’ve had this thought at least once.
“Darn it. I was gonna write about that!”
“Shoot, I was gonna talk about that!”
“Jeez Louise — I was gonna make that!”
It can happen to all of us. You get a great idea and then you stumble upon a blog post, article or conversation and learn that someone else (or multiple people) have already done it. And done it well.It doesn’t have to be brand new, it just has to come from you. Click To Tweet
To make matters worse, those people are often more experienced, articulate and well-known.
Naturally when this happens, you might be tempted to throw up your hands and call it quits. What’s the use, right? Once again, you’ve got nothing unique to add. It’s all been done before.
If this phenomenon ever trips you up, this episode will show you exactly what to do when you’re feeling hopelessly unoriginal.
Now, I’d love to hear from you.
Have you ever read or heard about something repeatedly, but you never really got it until you heard it from one special person?
Let me know your story in the comments below.
Remember, share as much detail as possible in your reply. Thousands of incredible souls come here each week for insight and inspiration and your story may help someone else have the exact aha moment they need.
Important: share your thoughts and ideas directly in the comments. Links to other posts, videos, etc. will be deleted as they come across as spammy.
This is an important message and here’s why. If you hold back for fear it’s all been said before, the world will have lost something truly unique. It’ll be missing your voice. Your perspective. Your soul.
Make no mistake, you’re a once in lifetime mega event in this Universe and what you have to contribute matters.
Thank you for making Tuesday one of the best days of the week, and for reading, watching and sharing.
P.S. If you’ve got a client, friend or colleague who’s working on creating something — share this post. It could really help them feel more deeply grounded in the unique value they’re here to offer.
With all my love,
