We’re here to make a difference

That’s why social change is baked into our business model.

Each for profit training experience is tied to a non-profit initiative. When you invest in your success through our training programs, you’re not only helping yourself, but you’re also helping support women, girls and women entrepreneurs in developing nations, and much more.

Here are our current partners.

Our Rich Happy & Hot™ Adventure Mastermind members work alongside executives at Virgin Unite. Together we contribute our idea + heart capital to local non-profits. We recently aimed our entrepreneurial prowess at helping three unique organizations become more effective in marketing and branding while sharing best practices with budding local female entrepreneurs in under-resourced communities from New York City.

The Urban Zen Foundation, and Donna Karan herself, are hot. The foundation creates, connects and collaborates to raise awareness and inspire change in the areas of well-being, preserving cultures and empowering children. They are all about defining solutions and implementing action. A portion of the RHH Live ticket sales are donated to the Urban Zen Foundation.

Selling Your Soul

Since charity: water Scott Harrison knows exactly what it means to sell his soul, we thought they were the ideal match for our soul’d out NYC event called Selling Your Soul. We donated a portion of ticket sales to build a well that helps bring clean water to over 250 people.

I’m uber proud that we helped kick off this incredible girl-focused campaign. Girl Up, a campaign of the United Nations Foundation, gives American girls the opportunity to help some of the world’s hardest-to-reach, and most at risk, adolescent girls. Through Girl Up’s support, we have the opportunity to help over 600 million girls become educated, healthy, safe, counted, and positioned to be the next generation of global leaders. Time magazine published a sweet article on the campaign here.

B-School

Pencils of Promise was founded in October 2008 with the hope of building just one school by creating a movement of people who saw themselves as global citizens, regardless of age or status. Starting with a $25 deposit, they are now a global movement of passionate individuals who have built more than 100 schools. They are fiercely committed to supporting a world with greater educational opportunity for all. We’re honored to direct a portion of B-School sales to support Adam and his team in building schools around the world. One child, one pencil at a time.

Ready to get involved? We love you for that. You can dive right in with our Kiva lending team, or you can see what’s coming up next.
