Holy pumpkins, time flies. When I checked the calendar, it was hard to believe that we’re in our fifth year of writing and producing MarieTV. That’s 256 episodes and counting!
Throughout this experience, I’ve learned some hard-won lessons that I wanted to pass along to you.
It’s a little peek behind the curtain of our show and the philosophies that drive our decisions, behavior and ultimately, the work we share with you week after week.
I know you’ve got something beautiful in you, that’s just waiting to come to life.

“Wow. Everybody and their sister seems to be a ________ these days.”
(Fill in the blank with life or health coach, marketing expert, blogger, etc.)
The moment we dive into a new field or industry and get to know the competitive landscape, it’s almost inevitable that we have these kinds of thoughts.
Doubt and fear quickly follow as we wonder, “How on earth am I going to stand out in this overcrowded market?” This is exactly what Nani, a 45 year old mom from Hawaii, was struggling with as it relates to her new massage business.

Just got back from a sweet little trip to Portland, Oregon. Hadn’t been there since I was a Nike Master Trainer years ago.

But here’s the other reason I love this question.
Not only do I run an education based business myself, but I personally invest a substantial amount of time and money in my own ongoing education. I’m a lifelong learner and a lot of times, I’m buying some learning program online.
So I see this “fear” about selling information online in the age of “free everything!” from all perspectives.
That’s why I wanted to share 6 reasons most of us would rather pay you than learn for free online.
