Ahh, the power of being consistent.
It’s heralded as the strategy for achieving long-term greatness in almost any category: your body, business, art, relationships, emotional health or spirituality.
The problem? It’s the one thing we mortals can struggle with the most — especially when we’re trying to improve, well, anything.
Like it or not, being consistent is essential if you want to make any significant change in your life. It’s also a must have skill if you’re looking to kick some serious ass and become world-class.
That’s why I was happy to tackle this subject to help Kat, who wrote in because she’s struggling with her ability to stay on track. While I’m not perfect, I have been able to master consistency in a few key areas and, I gotta say, it’s made all the difference in the world.

I can’t help it.
I’m obsessed with finding methods that help me get more done, in less time and with less stress.
Partly, because my brain just doesn’t quit. It’s like a 4-year old who just ate 3 brownies.

My inner real-girl needs her chance to dance in the sunshine too. “Wait — what time is it. 1am? Of course we can watch another episode of Orange is The New Black!”
On today’s MarieTV, learn one of my most simple productivity habits for making sure I get the right things done everyday — no matter how wacky my schedule is.

Happy Summer Sunshine! In the states, Memorial Day weekend marks the kick-off of summer. That means for the next four months, I’ll spend the majority of my time out east at the beach in Sag Harbor.
While there were parades and parties all weekend, Josh and I did something a little different to celebrate. We took an electronic holiday. Translation: no email or computer use + no cell phone checking for two full days.
