Mid-Year Reset Terms and Conditions of Purchase

You are now purchasing access for one (1) person to access the Mid-Year Reset Training. By purchasing access to the Mid-Year Reset Training, you hereby agree to these Mid-Year Reset Training Terms and Conditions of Purchase and the Company’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (collectively, this “Agreement”), which govern your use of the Mid-Year Reset Training and forms a legal agreement between you and the Company. In the event of any conflict between these Mid-Year Reset Training Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the Terms, the Terms of Use, or the Privacy Policy, these Mid-Year Reset Training Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall control.

Payment Policy

Notwithstanding anything in the Terms to the contrary, you are responsible to pay for access to the Mid-Year Reset Training in full (including all applicable sales and other taxes or fees) and for providing us with a valid credit card or other payment method.

Refund Policy

Notwithstanding anything in the Terms to the contrary, there are no refunds for the Mid-Year Reset Training, without exception.

Access

Upon completing your pay-in-full purchase, you will have access to the Mid-Year Reset Training for 6 months from your purchase date. After 6 months we reserve the right to charge a nominal maintenance fee in order for you to retain access to the  content.

There is no Lifetime Access (as defined in the Terms) to the Mid-Year Reset Training.

All other terms and conditions set forth in the Terms remain in full force and effect.
