You are now purchasing access for one (1) person to access the Mid-Year Reset Training. By purchasing access to the Mid-Year Reset Training, you hereby agree to these Mid-Year Reset Training Terms and Conditions of Purchase and the Company’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (collectively, this “Agreement”), which govern your use of the Mid-Year Reset Training and forms a legal agreement between you and the Company. In the event of any conflict between these Mid-Year Reset Training Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the Terms, the Terms of Use, or the Privacy Policy, these Mid-Year Reset Training Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall control. By purchasing access to the additional add-on Personal Goals Coach AI Tool, you hereby agree to these Mid-Year Reset Terms, the Supplemental AI Terms, and the Company’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (collectively, this “Agreement”), which govern your use of the AI Tools and forms a legal agreement between you and the Company. In the event of any conflict between these Hiring Workshop Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the Terms, the Terms of Use, or the Privacy Policy, these Hiring Workshop Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall control.
Notwithstanding anything in the Terms to the contrary, you are responsible to pay for access to the Mid-Year Reset Training in full (including all applicable sales and other taxes or fees) and for providing us with a valid credit card or other payment method. The optional program add-on of the “Personal Goals Coach” AI Tool for $37 is an instant access product and therefore is not eligible for a refund. The optional program add-on of the “Strategic Planning Workshop” for $57 is a digital access product and therefore not eligible for a refund.
Notwithstanding anything in the Terms to the contrary, there are no refunds for the Mid-Year Reset Training, without exception.
Upon completing your pay-in-full purchase, in addition to any Content to which you have acces pursuant to the Terms, you will have access to the Mid-Year Reset Workshop. After 6 months we reserve the right to charge a nominal maintenance fee in order for you to retain access to the content. Upon completing your pay-in-full purchase, in addition to any Content to which you have access pursuant to the Terms, you will have access to the Mid-Year Reset Workshop for six months from your date of purchase. In future enrollment periods, you may be given the opportunity to purchase the Workshop again for an additional fee.
There is no Lifetime Access (as defined in the Terms) to the Mid-Year Reset Training.
All other terms and conditions set forth in the Terms remain in full force and effect.
