Project Coordinator, Content

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of all content production. 

Your main responsibilities will be ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet quality standards, along with QA-ing and proofing our content across multiple media. This role requires a combination of project management skills and excellent proofreading/QA abilities to effectively manage cross-functional teams and ensure project success. This is a full-time position that is mostly virtual, but does require some in-person work at our Soho production studio.

What You’ll be Doing In this Role:

  • Executing on projects including coordinating project team members, allocating project resources, providing regular status updates to stakeholders, and making sure project tasks are completed on time and within budget. These projects include, but aren’t limited to, web content, product content, podcast episodes, MarieTV episodes, blog posts, landing pages, opt-in pages, sales pages, etc.
  • Proofreading content (e.g. emails, web content, fun sheets, etc.) 
  • Conducting QA of our weekly content, writing projects, design projects, and content in our member area
  • Organizing and posting content to our blog, YouTube, and podcast streaming platforms on a weekly basis, and for our flagship programs like B-School, The Copy Cure, and Time Genius
  • Coordinating, recording, and moderating webinars and live video and/or audio sessions
  • Being the point person for our Soho production studio in NYC, which includes coordinating studio utilities, mail, deliveries, and misc. task management
  • Other duties as assigned

Necessary Skills:

  • 3+ years relevant work experience and you’re located the continental United States (ideally near NYC)
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends, due to production schedule
  • Technical capabilities and/or confidence with WordPress, Rev, Vimeo, YouTube, Zoom, AWS, Dropbox, Libsyn, and GoogleDrive
  • Excellent listening, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capability
  • Ability to adapt and be agile as needed in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience working remotely preferred

  • This is a full-time position that is mostly virtual, but does require some in person work at our Soho production studio in New York City
