  • You love checklists and you’re super organized
  • The phrase “that’s not my job” is not a part of your vocabulary
  • You don’t procrastinate
  • You do great work autonomously AND as part of a highly collaborative team
  • You’re comfortable working in a virtual environment — a.k.a. you love being at home, thrive in a quiet and focused space of your own, and have strongly established routines
  • You’re always looking for ways to add value, to be the best at what you do, to improve inefficiencies, to build others up, and to make the world a better place

  • You have 2+ years experience in online customer support via email, social media, or chat
  • You’ve used any of these platforms — Braze, HelpScout, Stripe, PayPal, WordPress, or Slack
  • You have experience with billing, accounting, or collections
  • You’ve taken our B-School or Copy Cure programs
  • You watch MarieTV every week

This position is NOT for you if:

  • You’re not US-based
  • You don’t have reliable internet or cell service

  • You prefer verbal communication over written communication
  • You have personal drama

  • You can’t handle regular and detailed feedback

The Nitty Gritty:

  • You must be available to work full time
  • Position begins in mid-September and ends in May or June of 2020
  • You must be available and excited to work either a Monday to Friday schedule or a Thursday to Monday schedule spanning the weekend
  • It’s a virtual position working with our remotely distributed team
  • Your location isn’t as important as your talent, but it is required that you live in the United States
