Client Conversion Tool App Terms and Conditions of Purchase

You are now purchasing access for one (1) person to use the Client Conversion Tool App. By purchasing access to the Client Conversion Tool App, you hereby agree to these Client Conversion Tool App Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the Supplemental AI Terms, and the Company’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (collectively, this “Agreement”), which govern your use of the Client Conversion Tool App and forms a legal agreement between you and the Company. In the event of any conflict between these Client Conversion Tool App Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the Terms, the Terms of Use, or the Privacy Policy, these Client Conversion Tool App Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall control.

Payment Policy

Notwithstanding anything in the Terms to the contrary, you are responsible to pay for access to the Client Conversion Tool App in full (including all applicable sales and other taxes or fees) and for providing us with a valid credit card or other payment method.

Refund Policy

Notwithstanding anything in the Terms to the contrary, there are no refunds for the Client Conversion Tool App, without exception.

Access

Upon completing your pay-in-full purchase, you will have access to the Client Conversion Tool App for 6 months from your purchase date. After 6 months we reserve the right to charge a nominal maintenance fee in order for you to retain access to the  content.

There is no Lifetime Access (as defined in the Terms) to the Client Conversion Tool App.
