You are now purchasing access for one (1) person to use the $250k Offer App. By purchasing access to the $250k Offer App, you hereby agree to these $250k Offer App Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the Supplemental AI Terms, and the Company’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (collectively, this “Agreement”), which govern your use of the $250k Offer App and forms a legal agreement between you and the Company. In the event of any conflict between these $250k Offer App Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the Terms, the Terms of Use, or the Privacy Policy, these $250k Offer App Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall control.
Notwithstanding anything in the Terms to the contrary, you are responsible to pay for access to the $250k Offer App in full (including all applicable sales and other taxes or fees) and for providing us with a valid credit card or other payment method.
Notwithstanding anything in the Terms to the contrary, there are no refunds for the $250k Offer App, without exception.
The optional program add-ons of the “Quick Cash Bundle” for $149 and the “Millionaire Marketing Throwdown” for $47 are digital access products and therefore not eligible for a refund.
The optional program add-on of the “Get More Clients in 30 Days” tool for $57 is a digital access product and therefore is not eligible for a refund.
There is no Lifetime Access (as defined in the Terms) to the $250k Offer App.
Upon completing your purchase for both the “Quick Cash Bundle” and the “Millionaire Marketing Throwdown,” you will have “Lifetime Access” to both products. “Lifetime Access” means that you will have access to the product you purchased for as long as the product exists.
All other terms and conditions set forth in the Terms remain in full force and effect.
